When you show for your initial appointment, please remember Dr. Pfeiffer has already read your referral notes. Using his experience he has likely already determined his next step because this is a man with a plan. After meeting you, seeing your condition and speaking with you he will tell you what he actually thinks the next step should be. On my second visit, I was less apprehensive as the ultrasound tech, Marsha, explained the procedure she was performing. At the end of the evaluation, Dr. Pfeiffer answered my questions. He was genuinely concerned, knowledgeable and understanding. Marsha took the time to walk me to the front desk and introduced me to part of the staff - Kayla and Jamie. I appreciated that. Each one took the time to tell me that I was now a part of their family of patients. And should I ever need to come back, I will be welcomed. To Dr. Pfeiffer, Marsha, Kayla and Jamie: Keep up your spirit of compassion and kindness. It is what we all need. May God bless you all.

My elderly father went in this morning due to ongoing circulation and balance issues. Dr. Pfieffer’s staff had little regard for him, or his spouse, allowing my father to fall within their care and my stepmother injuring herself due to their lack of awareness. The situation was made worse by the lack of urgency and attention given to my father’s health and the falling risks posed by his inability maintain balance even while using a walker to assist his movement. My family was given no timeline for additional information/testing and are left wondering what was the point of the visit all. We waited weeks for this appointment and now have to find new care for an increasingly dangerous situation or continue to wait and hope we receive the care my father needs, and deserves.

Dr. Pfeiffer is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. He has absolutely no bedside manner and does not know how to talk to patients. He talked down to me. I DO NOT recommend ever going to see him!!
