I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with the care. I will be looking for another Doctor with people skills AND knowledge. Is is sad to leave any doctors office feeling that your health and concerns are not honored.

Unprofessional!!!! Was super rude to my wife, and front desk basically called her a liar. Where I'm from, you don't do that. That's why I 100% do NOT recommend!!!

Dr. Sarrels saw my husband for a follow up and me for a first time visit and colonoscopy. He was polite, kind and very knowledgeable of what to do about my problems. He did a great job on my husband's colonoscopy and I trust him completely with mine and my endoscopy. I think he's a wonderful doctor and hope he's our doctor for life. Gail and Wayne Thomas

I had one office visit with Dr. Sarrels and that one visit was enough for me. The walls between each exam room are obviously very thin because I heard everything Dr. Sarrels said to the patient in the next room. He came into my exam room and recited the same exact “speech” I had heard him say to the patient he visited before me. Also, I noticed he does not make eye contact. He has the worst bedside ...

My visit was pleasant. I like Dr. Sarrels mannerism and his personality. Also, he takes time and listen to your alements. His diagnoses is on point. He will referr his patients to other specialists when necessary. I do recommend his digestive expertise to others.
