I called to make an appointment with Kerry and she was very rude at the end of our conversation and I told her to cancel my appointment and find somewhere else. Kerry, I have a message for you: DO NOT BEING RUDE TO THE PATIENTS!!! This rating has already harmed and damaged this doctor's office because of you.

Loved my experience at Dr. Fortson's office. He's a very kind surgeon and helped me with my lifelong nasal issues. Definitely five stars!

From the first day that I met Dr. Fortson, he has been nothing but hospitable, caring, and showed genuine concern for my condition. He listens attentively to what my concerns are, and always has a joke or two to share with me! :) I would recommend him to anyone needing to see an ENT doctor. Now the staff is good to me, but that office manager leaves a lot to be desired. She could use some bedside manners from doc. Other than that, I’m pleased with Dr. Fortson.

Never had any issues with Dr. Fortson.. the appointment wait time can be lengthy but I learned my lesson by going to a different ear nose and throat dr that was horrible. Dr.Fortson is the best he has done 2 surgeries on me and I’m very pleased with him.

Dr. Fortson is One of a Kind. Truly a Doctor who cares for People. He’s Patient, Honest and Goes Above and Beyond. You Will Not find a Better Doctor who is Down to Earth and Takes the time to listen to his Patients. He Sits Along Side you through what you go through and I Have Been his Patient for this reason for over 20 years. Look No further, you chose the Right One to Help you with your Medical Needs. Horrible hospital experience did not read ct scan correctly. Did not examine ear after repeated request. Sent home after being told to contact oral surgeon. Immediately went to other hospital diagnosed with mastoid, inner, middle and outer ear infection. Ear drum perforated now have hearing loss. Excruciating pain not addressed 2 days if iv vancomycin that was unnecessary Worst medical experience ever. Do not recommend would give 0 stars if it was possible
