Unsure why, but I am apparently not good enough to see him. I have never see him before, but because I have seen another psych, he has to approve having me move to him, and I was added to a list of people he will not see. Wish I knew the reason.

knowledge and compassion Dr Tessema is one of the best psychiatrists that I have ever met. He genuinely cares and takes time to listen to each concern that you present to him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who feels like they are trying to figure out exactly what ailments they have. Mental healthcare is scarce, especially in Alabama, and Dr Tessema is one of the best with a high level of expertise and a wonderful report with his patients.

I've had appointments here a few years ago and now just returning. The reception staff are great today. They were patient with me as I filled out my intake forms, and they kindly pointed out mistakes I made so I could fix them. Dr. Tessema is respectful and I'm thankful for his office here for Enterprise

Dr. Tessema is nothing short of a kind, extremely knowledgeable (in a wide variety of issues), and very caring Doctor. He listens, he's patient and has never suggested "meds" for my situation. Instead he recommended a thyroid panel to check if it was out of balance (and it was in my case) due to my symptoms which mimic some "mental health" issues. He's brilliant and i highly recommend him. I'd give more stars if i could. :) Thanks Dr. T!

He's great and I appreciate him so much I've been seeing Dr. Tessema for several years now, and he is patient and thorough. I never feel rushed and am confident he cares about my total well-being. He asks good questions and isn't one to go for the prescription pad in five minutes (a great trait that is sometimes rare in the medical profession, unfortunately). I can't recommend him highly enough.

I feel so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Tessema. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His kind demeanor makes me feel understood and hopeful. I don't feel rushed through the appointment. I appreciate his sweet staff as well. Highly recommend.
