Never late. Never have to wait for your appointment. Professional and friendly. Lots of the reviews I read here complain that doctor wouldn’t see them when they showed up late; this is how he keeps his appointments on time. Why should others have to wait because you cannot get there on time or want to see the doctor without an appointment? Ignore the bad reviews.

He is the worse doctor I have ever seen. His bedside manner is horrible, and he has no problem turning people away who show up to their appointment for refills on their medicine because “he doesn’t feel comfortable seeing them”. I left his office in tears.

I am a teacher, and on the day of my new patient appointment, I was running a little late to get there from school. I called the office to let them know and make sure it would still be OK. They told me it would be fine and to come on in as quickly as I could. When I got there, 12 minutes late, they told me they could not see me and I would have to reschedule. No thanks. Why tell somebody to come on in if you are just going to tell them to reschedule when they get there?

I love Dr Reynolds because he always will listen to questions, and is ALWAYS brutally honest with me. I love that about him. I don't like to have a Dr. beat around the bush. The staff is always great, and the CRNPs are the most knowledgeable.
