Horrible experience. I will Travel miles to not go here. Carried my son at 2:45 and they refused to see him. They do not close until 4:00. Who does that? You work until closing. There were hardly any cars in parking lot. Called before going and they said to come on. Very sad that a small town cannot have better service.

How you gonna tell someone you can't seen anyone else. You're at max? And have people register online to be seen? Very great place to go to get turned away when you're sick.

I went in to get a strep test and antibiotics and was able to be the first patient of the day. All that went smoothly. But they insisted on doing a covid test with the strep test. My strep came back negative and my covid was positive. I went to an MD the next day and my strep came back positive and my rapid covid was negative and we also did the long PCR covid which was also negative. I would say if you really don’t think you have covid question them and make them test again or only do one at a time. When they looked at my throat they really didn’t believe the test either. But did not retest. They treated me for strep. But I was told to isolate for 10 days because of the covid test being positive. Which put me out of work until I could get the PCR test back.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This used to be a place I took my children, and received care at myself, but after the way my children were treated today.. I will NEVER be back. There is a gentleman working here now as an MA (I’ve never seen him before) and he was incredibly cold hearted, and rough on my children. No “good morning” or “hello”. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old (both with autism) who were being seen. Just little kids, both scared of the doctor as is. They both had to be swabbed 3 times each. When they both reached out their little hands to push away he snatched them by the wrist and tried to hold them down while forcefully swabbing their nostrils. When I finally got my kids calmed down, any time he re entered the room my youngest would scream and yell mommy. He didn’t speak at all other than asking questions. Offering no kindness or making an attempt to make the kids less frightened. Maybe I should have just called the police and pressed assault charges because that’s certainly what it looked like and felt like for my TODDLERS.

I had an to be seen for a possible broken foot from an accident at home . After registering and arriving at Mainstreet Family Urgent Care, I didn't have to wait too long since there was no one waiting in the front lobby. The entire staff were extremely professional. After my exray , I was excited to be told that my foot wasn't broken. I left feeling much better. This was my first visit but will definitely be back ! Thank you Mainstreet Family Urgent Care for being here for the community . Roger Marsh

I’ve NEVER seen such lack of care for patients than I did today. I’ve brought my children here before, and had a wonderful experience, but after today.. I will NEVER return to this clinic. There is a gentleman working as an MA there, that clearly hates his job or doesn’t like people at all. My children both have autism and are only 5 & 2 years old, toddlers!! This man was so rude to me and my kids. Didn’t offer any kindness, didn’t know how to do his job properly when triaging, and the icing on the cake was the way he man handled my already scared children by snatching their wrists, and huffing/puffing because two small children were scared to be swabbed (disabled children at that). No compassion, no kindness, not even a “good morning”… but was more than happy to forcefully handle my children who were scared. Don’t waste your money on this location unless they get rid of that jerk. I should have just called the police for assault I guess.

Consistently the best! From the front desk, to the nurses and the dr(s) we have seen, they go above and beyond every time. They spend time with us without making us feel rushed, take extra time with my daughter to make her feel comfortable, always give her stickers and candy, and make us feel welcome. They remember her name a year later, look genuinely happy to see us. I wish this could be our primary care provider. Love them and love this place! Thank y’all for being so sweet through the last 2 years which undoubtedly have been the hardest time to be in your shoes.

Took elderly sister-in-law here on the way to FL to have a burn wound looked at. People were waiting in their cars for Covid tests, etc. My brother went in to get her checked in, etc., and they got her right in and back in room. Staff was EXTREMELY nice and very attentive and even offered us water or juice. Would highly recommend this place in time of need.
