When I tested positive for covid, Dr. Auger went out of his way to called me at home during the evening and make sure that I understood the treatments options. He then got me scheduled to have monoclonal antibodies as a treatment. I am severely immunocompromised. Dr. Auger made sure that I had the appropriate treatment as soon as possible.

He was very patient, kind and professional. He takes the time to realky explain everything to you and shows compassion and empathy where most MD's no longer do. He cares about making sure you leave knowing you will be taken care of and you have the meds you may need. A+++

Bad doctor. Responsible college student going in there trying it get study aid and he wants me to try trazadone for 2 months. Uhm, semester will be over by then. Just doesn’t listen to reason and is only concerned with avoiding liabilities.

Responsible bioinformatics major trying to get help focusing on studies, looks at me like I want drugs. I even asked for non-controlled substances to make it easier on his ‘liability concern.’ Nope. Old fashioned doctor who will treat you differently if you have mainecare vs private insurance. Just a waste of time.
