Very rude doctor with so much of attitude. Never going back. Cannot go lower than 1 star.

I’d seen Dr. Hall for almost 10 years before getting pregnant. This was my first child, and I was so excited and felt comfortable being in her care. Unfortunately, at my 39 week checkup, after already checking my cervix, she took another look and performed a membrane sweep without my permission. I went into labor the next day and had a c-section. I am still traumatized by disregard for the well-being of my child and myself. Thankfully, Dr. Swayze gave me the comfort I needed in the OR.

At my 39 week appointment, Dr. Hall performed a cervical check. However, after we began discussing due dates, she offered to look again. This is when I experienced extreme pain because she performed a membrane sweep without my consent. I cramped for the entire rest of the day and delivered my baby via emergency cesarean. This was the most traumatizing experience, and I hope other patients are not subjected to such treatment.

If you want a doctor that makes you feel safe or like you’ll make it through your bad news or concerns she’s not the one you should see. If you want a doctor you can grow with and possibly deliver your baby she’s not the one you should choose. If you just want a doctor who will greet you and make you feel seen don’t pick her because she’s gives the vibe that she’s just here for the money and doesn’t want to be bothered. I rate her a 0 worse doctor I’ve ever had. Every visit her demeanor is unwelcoming and cold. I’ve seen her 4 times!!! As a cancer survivor who has a lot going on with my body due to chemo and radiation I need someone who cares enough to order my prescriptions and not FORGET OR JUST NOT DO IT because she doesn’t care about her clients or just me. She barely cares to explain to me what’s going on with my body. Honestly this is more so sad to me than anything else 9/10 times patients aren’t coming to the hospital because of something good. I just prefer a dr with a heart.

Unattentive, impersonal, rough and uncomfortable exam, did not fulfill my medical needs before leaving the room.

Dr. Hall listen to my concerns and did follow up call with test results.

Not friendly, no conversation, rough technique. Would not recommend and will not go back to her.

Dr. Hall is incredible. Extremely friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable for what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience for some people. Dr. Hall is the first gynecologist that I've seen and she totally made me feel at ease and like I was in good hands. She completed my IUD insertion today and I couldn't have asked for a more calm and collected professional to do this for me. Being that this procedure can be extremely painful for some people (I unfortunately fell under that caregory this afternoon) she reassured me and talked me through the pain and kept me from freaking out. She took great care of me and I was in and out in no time. The only complaint I have about my experience with Dr. Hall has absolutely nothing to do with her but with the staff at OBGYN associates in Liberty Township. The majority of the receptionists and nurses seem very grumpy and are not very welcoming or friendly which is a shame because they're the first people new patients see when they walk in so right off the bat patients can get a bad taste in their mouths about the vibe the staff gives off. However, if you are looking for someone to take EXCELLENT care of you Dr. Hall is the first person I would recommend.
