Dr. was good but staff was not. The receptionist insisted that I pay a copay at the visit and there was even a sign that said that "your insurance requires a copay" This was very misleading and inaccurate. I have very good insurance and no copay is required at visit. The staff member insisted and I refused. This was an effort to get more money from you. Another staff member scheduled two procedures for me at the same time which resulted in my being late for one. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and not helpful.

Very good Doctor. He explains things very well and is understanding of the situation. His staff got 1 star because it was the nurses in the ER, this has no effect on him what so ever. If you are having Kidney problems, I highly reccommend Dr. Amare.
