My first experience was good. Dr. Carter was both knowledgeable and pleasant.

Although my appointment was not on their booking list, I showed evidence of date and time called when appt was set up via phone. The very polite receptionist/check in recognized my disposition, she sought support from her team and in just a few minutes, I was taken care of in their typical upbeat, professional and skillful way. Plus I am a really big fan of Dr Carter, he genuinely listens, provides guidance and insight. He identifies the medical issue and addresses it. He has enabled me to continue to remain active on the soccer field, I am thankful.

Dr Carter and his young PA gave excellent analysis and near term and long term options for my knee pain. The steroid shot did the trick so far.

He was very thorough and made me feel confident in what he was telling me I needed to do to get my shoulder healed. I had no idea how difficult this recovery was going to be. I thought someone might call and check on me

Dr Carter and his nurse are wonderful. He has cared for both my children this year and I would recommend him again in a heartbeat. His front desk staff in Fairhope is another story. I have never been treated so rude in a doctor’s office in my life. I was yelled at in the lobby, while my child was with me, when I ask a question about an invoice. Two of the staff members then began arguing with each other. The front desk staff needs to get it together. I would see Dr. Carter again but only in a different office.
