He is caring, kind, and personable. He treats you like a person and not just a case or a number. I came from what you would call a "pill pusher" who was just masking the problems, but he is treating the issues he has found. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. The staff are wonderful and kind as well.

I came to Doctor Lee Eslava Through the VA healthcare system. I have not seen a doctor in over a year since I have been traveling, but he looked at my health needs and got things moving in a positive direction with referrals as needed. I had a lot of things going on healthwise and despite him being in the clinic only once a week, he has accomplished a lot in the short time I have been going to him. I suffer from some anxiety and perhaps Come across a bit intense at times, but he has been very understanding about it and has helped me a lot because he has a calm demeanor, he desires to get things done and I can really tell he cares about his patients. The VA tends to be hard to navigate with their protocols but he seems undaunted by it . The office is clean and neat and the receptionist and nurses are very kind and helpful. They explained everything they asked me to do so I understood what was going on. They even have a lab in their office so I don’t have to go to another location, And they get you In and out fairly quickly. I highly recommend South Baldwin Medical Group and especially Dr. Eslava. Having to see a doctor can Be worrisome, But my fears were alleviated and I am on my way to Better health and I recommend seeing Dr.Lee Eslava so you can be on your way to better health too! 😉👍❤️

Dr. Rico Eslava is a fine person and an excellent doctor. I have been fortunate to have him as my primary care physician for many years. His guidance and care has helped me live as good a life as possible for a long time.

It’s great to have Dr Eslava as my GP. Always reacts positively to my medical concerns. He’s a man who shows he is concerned with his patients. Glad I have him as my medical health provider.
