Peter Zloty's Online Review Report Card

I went to this office for a Lasik consultation. I was introduced to a Chelsy as the lasik surgery coordinator and she talked extensively about what to expect gave me her business card and a folder and told me the day of the procedure. She told me someone would contact me 2 to 3 days before the procedure with the time and that didn't happen.Note: I pivoted and went to a better doctor at a better practice and i am estactic with my experience. With no pain, i will elaborate why this is important later. I called Chelsy back the only contact that I had and she is arrogantly telling me how it's not her responsibility to call me it is the job of someone name Jessica whom I never heard of before this. So I asked her to place me back on the list knowing that this was not the place I would be spending my money. Dr.Zloty does not have the equipment to do this procedure in Mobile, patient will have to go to Fairhope and back. I then ask for a contact with this so called Jessica and Chelsy gave me two extensions. One extension doesn't exist and the other simply ring with no voicemail. Again no one contacted me for the time of this procedure, thats 2 months because he only can go back and forth to Fairhope once a month for this procedure.I mentioned no pain, well Dr. Zloty prescribed me (10) powerful opiods for this procedure, can anyone say opioid crisis. What I find most disgusting about this encounter is Dr. Zloty"s bio says he is a Navy man. Well I'm a Navy veteran and I can tell you that it is servicemen and women like him that causes us to win wars but suffer far too many casulities.

After a disappointing experience with cataract surgery elsewhere, Dr. Zloty very kindly and patiently explained things to me, took the time to gain an understanding of my expectations, and my vision is now on the road to what I had initially hoped it would be. He, Jess, and the rest of the staff have been a pleasure. I'm thankful.

I have been a patient of Dr Zloty’s for a year. He has been very concerned for my progress after I experienced failed surgery from mistakes from another eye group. I was legally blind and this group worked diligently to provide a course of treatment that helped me be able to drive again and keep my “newly acquired” glaucoma readings within reason with eye drops. I think Dr Zlotys honesty and willingness to keep trying to achieve a better vision outcome was a blessing. Thank you to his staff and their interest in their patients. Highly recommend him and his office as well as his abilities.

Dr. Zloty performed Lasik on my eyes; he did a magnificent job. He was professional and the procedure took about 30 minutes. The day after the surgery I was seeing 20/20. If you're thinking about Lasik, do it. It can change your life for the better! I would highly recommend consulting Dr. Zloty to have it done!

I am a physician and have to say this is a wonderfully run clinic. He and the office staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. My PRK procedure had been positively life altering. I recommend no other place for corneal medicine. Great job all around!

I am coming up on 50 and have been wearing thick glasses since I was in the fourth grade. Dr. Zloty did cataract surgery with corrective lenses and I am seeing 20/25 now. This is amazing! I absolutely love him and his staff. They are all fantastic. He is very kind and explains everything so you can understand it. I am over the moon, I can see!!!!!

VERY good doctor and surgeon. Cares about his patients, their sight and their comfort. I now have wonderful vision. Will be forever grateful to Dr. Zloty. Highly recommend.

Dr. Zloty , his office staff and the surgery center were all very knowledgeable and extremely caring. I had a great experience for my cataract surgery! I highly recommend him for eye surgery!

Very happy with Doctor and staff for two surgeries, all were compassionate, professional and caring with the exception of their billing office. The poorest most unprofessional staff I have encountered. I received a bill that I felt was an error due to the fact that I had not been told about three co-pays by my insurance or the staff at the the center. The first call I was told that she did not know what it was , probably for anesthesiologist. The second time I called I was told that the previous individual was no longer there but that she would check into this and call me back. Then I received a Collection notice and again I called and left a message. When I finally spoke with someone she explained the separate charges. I questioned this because we were told that there would only be two charges to me. The girl was very "curt" and saying nope they would have told you at the center. I told her that I did not expect to see a collection effort on my credit when I would have happily paid ha

Staff are s rude.pre op staff never called to confirm surgery. I had to call multiple times to confirm. Got 2 different surgery times
