Do not use this office; They will waste your time and money. Their front office said they would do procedures that they don't even perform just to get you in the door. They will charge you over $700 for two appointments and not do more than what a general doctor would do. Check their reviews on other sites and see for yourself

Knowing the legacy that Dr. Armstrong had left, I had high hopes that Dr. Horan at FDC would be the kind of doctor that at least pretends to care while in front of his clients. Unfortunately, Dr. Horan appears to not have time to listen if you have a complicated history or are diagnosing something difficult. I could only recommend this doctor if you have something cut and dry that needs treatment and is easy to assess. I understand that doctors with high patient counts are under a lot of stress and I try to make honest reviews that give companies and people the benefit of the doubt, but at the core, apathy and detachment from patient care has set in with Dr. Horan. Go to someone that cares.

Very rude, assumes everyone is a drug addict, and doesn't research conditions his patients have even after 3 years of seeing them. I'm firing him as my doctor and finding someone more competent.

Dr. Horan and needs better bed side manner.. The experience with this doc wasn't very good. Won't be seeing him anymore

After a sudden vegetative state and enduring multiple visits from other NWA neurologists, my mother became a patient of Dr. Horan's. Every other neurologist failed her, saying she was faking her symptoms and we should not give her the attention she was wanting. Dr. Horan was the one and only that diagnosed her with CJD. He was incredibly kind and thorough during his explanation of the disease and walked us through the unfortunate progression. At every visit, he addressed every question and concern I had and gave recommendations as to how to cope with what was ahead of us. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful and respectful given such a grim diagnosis.

Dr. Horan was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Horan took a lot of time explaining things to me. I was very impressed and grateful to find a doctor of his expertise in Rogers Arkansas which is not "big city". I came to Arkansas from Atlanta and Emory Hospital, and was amazed and delighted to find a doctor that met and exceeded my past experience with world-class doctors.

Dr. Horan is a unprofessional guy and if you're condition is complicated he rushes you and leaves no room for discussion. Neurology is rushed in this area. Very dangerous
