List of Amy T. Clark's Reviews
I am new to this area and retired on disability. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. As a doctor, I’d say she is next to useless. You have to wait to see her every time you go for an hour to an hour and a half. Getting refills on prescriptions is extremely difficult to do by phone. Normally there is about a two week wait to get an appointment. She acts rushed when she finally does get around to seeing you. She doesn’t explain very much to you unless you ask direct questions. The final straw came whe I had a urinary tract infection. I was told I’d have to come in to see her. The first available appointment was in two weeks. That’s unacceptable. I’ve had UTIs before and know I need antibiotics. I told the receptionist that means I’m going to either have to go to the ER or Urgent Care. If you want a doctor that will not work you in when you’re really sick then she’s for you. I want one that will make an effort to see me when I have an infection.
Covid may have made waiting times longer? I waited 1/2 hours to see Dr. Clark. She is very kind, listens and has a vast knowledge of medicine. She refers you to specialists when needed. MY BIG ISSUE IS AFTER YOU SEE HER, it can be 24 or more hours to get your prescriptions faxed to the pharmacy. And I have had to go without refills until they are called in. I DO NOT MIND WAITING TO SEE SUCH A GOOD DR AS DR CLARK, but the logistics of getting your prescriptions is nothing I have ever encountered before with a Drs. Office. If that problem was corrected, Definitely would give her a 5 star rating.
Incompetent as a doctor. I had to go to Urgent Care to receive care for ear infection.
My 1st impression of Dr. Amy Clark was, "she's so young"! I don't care what her age is, she is thorough, compassionate, obviously highly educated and knows what she is doing. I always feel she and her staff are listening and truly care about ME and my health. Most doctors seem to be exiting the exam room the minute they walk in. Dr. Clark is never in a rush and seems to know my history without having to constantly refer to my chart. Her staff obviously take her "care and bedside manner" into consideration when scheduling appointments as my wait time has NEVER been more than 15 minutes. I highly recommend anyone looking for a primary care physician try Dr. Amy Clark!
Though it seems her office has a high turnover in help, I have always had superior care from the staff and Doctor Clark herself. She cares, she is very through, in looking into how her patients well being, and honest up front, Thank You! So very much!!! : )
I like Dr. Clark personally but her staff... that's another story. They are rude, disrespectful, and will actually talk about you badly right in front of you and the whole waiting lobby. They get appts mixed up and then try to blame it on you, they don't call with test results like they say they will and when they do they read them wrong and when you go back you find out things were wrong when you were told that weren't.
Dr. Clark has addressed all of my problems, and the problems are varied as I am 71 years old. One morning she found a heart problem and by 12:00 that day had an appointment for me with a cardiologist. The person manning the phones could use some training or some help. Her nurse in the office is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Except for the phone staff, I like this Doctor and her office, never have to wait for over 15 minutes and she told me if I ever needed her quickly to walk in instead of calling.
Very rude!! And took waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy to loooooooooong to be seen!!!! Find a different doctor and save urself some time!!
Make sure u have 3 or 4 hrs for ur visit because they r in no rush at all to see you. She was very rude and only cared about how behind she was and the day she had. Our appointment was at 3:45 and was still not seen at 5!! My son had autism and ADHD and it was very hard for us to be there that long, but again they do not care. Please save ur time and money and find a different doctor!!!
Though wait times have been longer than most would like I find Dr. Clark thorough in in how and what she does. Maybe they have made changes many of the staff have changed and things seem to run smoother.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
