Waited an hour and a half before I asked how much longer wait. I was told a few minutes. Ten minutes later I told them I was leaving. I was told I would probably see the doctor in 20 minutes and that this was always the wait time. I had already been told that by another patient and she said always bring a book to read. This is not acceptable!

I love Dr. Felix, he is wonderful. I'd like to give 5 stars, the only reason I can't is due to wait time. My appointment was at 2:00. At 3:30 I still hadn't been called back. I went to check and there were 3 others ahead of me so it was still going to be awhile before I saw the doctor. I wish that the staff would communicate the length of the wait time to patients when it exceeds a certain amount of time. I had to leave and reschedule for another day as I had to get back to work. I do appreciate that he takes time with his patients, but maybe less people need to be scheduled for a time slot so that he doesn't get backed up like he was today. Or, if the scheduling person could let us know when we check in, we could rearrange our schedule at that time. I only want to be helpful in making this post.

Dr. Morris is the best, I have been seeing him since 1992 and he has always been taken great care of my medical problems. He is very kind and caring.
