Hillary Delarosa's Online Review Report Card

I'm very disappointed that Dr. DelaRosa will no longer be seeing her patients in person herself but assigning them all to see her nurse practicitoner. Her nurse practicitoner does not give the same care and attention and seems more interested in rules and showing her authority. Very disappointing to build a relationship with a good doctor and then be tossed off to an NP that you don't really care for.

Dr Delarosa is not a good Dr and her Nurse Practitioner Amberly Smith is terrible the 2 of them together helped a incompetent DHR employee Angela Haithcoat take my disabled child that I've fought to keep alive away from me. They removed my child from the hospital even though Dr Chay told them my child was not neglected she was sick and she was too sick to leave with Dr Delarosa helping and not telling the truth they put my child in a nursing home she's 25 she needed more care and when the nursing home drew labs because she still wasn't eating which was the reason I took her to the ER her potassium was very low they couldn't get in touch with Angela Haithcoat who put herself as the first contact on my child's contact list not the attorney she has given temporary custody to but I was there they had no trouble finding her Mother and had them put her in an ambulance and get her to Keller

I love Dr. delaRosa. She listens to you and is very patient and kind. She is someone I feel comfortable talking too. She has helped me lose weight and to lower my cholesterol. The whole office is great to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was sick and having shortness of breath. I told her I wasn't feeling well, she asked me my symptoms and asked what have I been taking, I told her some over the counter meds and instead of giving me a shot to feel better she told me to just keep taking the over the counter pills because "You don't sound or look sick", so ignorant and a week later I was in the emergency room getting X-Rays and oxygen because my symptoms got worse, they actually listened to me at the hospital and she as a Dr. didn't do her job, I will never go to her again, please believe your patients when they say they are sick.

I love Dr. Delarosa!!! She is amazing and takes her time to answer any questions you may have!! I went to doctors for years about my neck and she is the only one to actually schedule me a mri!! I have had neck surgery and so grateful she didn’t dismiss my pain and just send me to physical therapy like previous doctors!!I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Her staff are also caring and go beyond the call of duty to make you feel important!! I am so happy to have them all on my team!! Tammy Weterrings

Stay away from this "doctor." She is not a diagnostician, in fact she is worse because she doesn't seem to care about your symptoms. Find a doctor who truly wants the best for you!!

Dr. D really cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She listens to all my concerns and addresses them appropriately. Also, her staff are awesome!! Very friendly, warm, welcoming experience every time.

It went ok at first until she tried to convince me to take these shots that helps you lose weight and she told me since I'm so big (aka fat), I can't lose weight on my own (smh) and that I need to take these shots to help me, but since then I've lost over 140 pounds on my own since then, no unhealthy weird shots needed, think twice next time you doubt me because of my weight..

Best physician’s office experience I’ve ever had. Dr. D cares for her patients and it truly shows. Also, let me mention her incredible staff. They rock!

Dr. delaRosa genuinely cares about her patients. I have been seeing her for the last year and a half and each time I have been in, she takes her time and ensures that all of my questions/concerns/issues are addressed; never acts like she’s in a hurry to be done with you. She is extremely professional, kind and compassionate. She WANTS to help you obtain optimal health and is willing to explore multiple avenues to achieve your goal. If it’s possible, she’s the only doctor I’ll ever see again!
