When I left office I was told, " all your rx are current. When I run out, drug store says no refills. Drug store calls Dr.........no response. Like Dr hate the office. This happens 2-3 times a year! It must be a procedure, not an accident.

After 6 or more years as a patient, I can truly say, their is little follow up in their office communication. I love Dr McLendon, I hate the communication, or lack of it, with the office/patient relationship.

I have been a patient of Jacks for 15+ years. Every other doctor I visit is compared to Jacks standard, from the waiting room to the end of visit followup. He has the highest standard of care I have ever experienced.

He is a wonderful Christian doctor who took me as a new patient when my health was failing very quickly. He carefully listened and proceeded to run test to find the true cause of my failing condition. His nurse, Janet, has always returned my calls and listened to my reason for calling. Also, I cannot say enough for Lyn, who I saw upon a return visit for blood work. Wonderful office with values.
