There is too much to fit in the given space. Honestly if you’re referred to this facility immediately request a new referral. Trust me it’s worth driving to not be given unsolicited terrible suggestions on untested medication & a billing hassle as well.

Creepy, chauvinistic, inconsiderate doctor who will poke the hell out of your child so he can take your money. Our new allergist was appalled at how many testing shots he did on a child that young in one sitting. My son, who is normally very tough, was screaming bloody murder - it was traumatic!! Dr Mallette later comes in and MAKES FUN of my upset child by asking, “was that you screaming like a girl?? The whole office could hear you!” Then he continued with more cringe-worthy comments asking my 7yo son about kissing girls, girls having cooties etc... totally inappropriate. I’m trying to raise a kind boy who respects women! Terrible doctor.

MY ALLERGY SYMPTOMS ARE VIRTUALLY GONE THANKS TO DR MALLETTE! HE IS A FABULOUS DOCTOR WHO REALIZED MY PROBLEMS AND THE ALLERGY SHOTS HAVE TAKEN AWAY ALL OF MY TERRIBLE ALLERGY SYMPTOMS! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY TROUBLES THIS IS THE MAN TO SEE

Dr. Mallette is absolutely fantastic. I️ have been miserable with allergies my entire life and have been from allergist to allergist. All telling me and prescribing me the same thing. My family and I moved to Florence about three years ago and I️ decided to give Dr. Mallette a try. He tested me and put me on allergy shots. I immediately started to feel better after my first one. Now that I️ take them regularly I feel like a brand new person. Especially during the spring! I can finally enjoy the beautiful spring scenery without cursing it because of pollen! I️ was absolutely blown away and truly did not realize how bad my allergies were until now! Dr. Mallette’s allergy shots are made in house and are one of a kind!! I️ truly recommend this doctor!! Not only did he fix me he is sweet, sweet, sweet!! Along with his helpful and informed nurses!

I’m not sure if this is for Dr. Mallette Jr. or the son but i love them both! The son much more than the dad. The dad is nice but a little old fashioned and not as friendly. The so , James Mallette 3 is absolutely amazing. He always takes his time with us and never fails to make my kiddos smile! Everytime we have been to see him sick we are better within the next couple of days. Thank you Dr. Mallette 3!

He was very cocky and when he multiple time mis diagnosed my child he simply said shot happens... mind you my child required emergency surgery ... not a good Dr or good person... he needs prayers!

Dr. was argumentative and close minded. I have been diagnosed with, and been hospitalized with, asthma by several doctors, including his father. I have recently developed an allergy to something new that has caused itchiness, tightness in my chest and wheezing. He told me I don't have asthma that it's in my head and the tightness in my chest is nerves. He is the only allergy doctor in my area but I would never recommend him to anyone else. He was Extremely arrogant and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I will be going out of town if my MD can't take care of it from now on. Complete waste of insurance monies.
