Most everyone hates going to the doctor and I’m no exception, but Dr. Howell, Nurses/Assistants, and staff made it a pleasurable experience; even the ladies at the check in windows were extremely nice and from my experience that isn’t always the case. Dr. Howell went over and explained my different options for my condition thoroughly where I could fully understand each one. I would definitely recommend Dr Howell and this location of The Bone and Joint Clinic of North Alabama to anyone.

Dr. Howell is a wonderful orthopedic and I’ve been seeing him for years. His staff is wonderful and his nurse Jenny and his other nurse Kathy retired. They are so wonderful and care about people. What more could I say but you would love the atmosphere and the caring it he has at his facility wonderful people and a wonderful doctor. Teresa Farrar.

Best facility for long-term pain management that i know of. I have been going to Dr. Steven Howell for 10 years and I am still happy with how he deals with pain management. He will not over medicate you and leave you like a zombie or get you hooked on pain killers. Instead of focusing solely on the pain he attacks the inflammation which causes the pain.
