Excellent care! They make you feel SO important.

I usually never review but like everyone else, Sharon DeHart provided me with the worst health care experience I’ve ever had. She came into the room with an awful attitude and yelled at me without listening to me. She made assumptions and didn’t ask questions and belittled me, sighing and shouting. There is no understanding of what health care is and how to care for human beings. She was battering me with questions and not listening to my replies and interrupting every step of the way. If she listened, we could’ve cleared up any confusion. I would not recommend coming here if you want to be treated with respect or care.

The Urgent Care I usually visit was not open so I tried NOVA in Florence. They are seriously under staffed but was able to make an appt. PA Sharon DeHart saw me and even called the eye clinic to consult about my condition. I was diagnosed and left with appropriate care instructions. I would definitely choose NOVA for future visits with experienced medical staff.

Nova is just 8 minutes from my home and a friend had recommended Sharon DeHart, Doctor at the clinic.I am new to the Florence area and do not have a doctor here, as they are in short supply. My primary care provider in Phoenix had discovered I was anemic when I was there a month ago having my yearly check up two years late because of the pandemic. We had decided on a plan to improve my symptoms.The day I went in to nova I was feeling light headed and having shortness of breath. Upon arrival I was given an appointment to se the doctor two hours later. So I went home and relaxed and hydrated myself.When I returned I was feeling a bit better. I did bring my blood chemistry results from my doctor in Phoenix for the doctor to take a look while I was there. Dr. DeHart was able to determine I should have another set of blood tests that day. Before the test we discussed my medical history and the plan my Phoenix doctor made. She listened and commented appropriately and made suggestions. We have set up a follow up appoint to review the blood test she had drawn that day.All in all it was an informative session and enlightening. I am pleased with the outcome and look forward to my next appointment.D. Wulze

Really appreciated the professional and friendly Nova Urgent Care staff. Dana Harbuck FNP was awesome and informative. I appreciated her input regarding my frequent UTI’s, and old lady anatomical failings. 😆Thank you all for being there!

Very unprofessional. Rude. No empathy. Urgent is a joke.

OConner didnt like the fact i dont like Dr Faucsi or Biden. So no more seeing this clown. However, i feel totally at ease with Sharon DeHart. She is extremely knowledeable and a fellow southpaw

We need a physical therapy team hear in Florence Oregon. NOVA has the room hear in Florence.

The Florence nova literally has the worst doctor. She’s rude and a know it all, she misdiagnosed my daughter, and after taking her somewhere else they found something very worrisome. Save your money.
