Never even showed up to explain anything to my father...was transferred from Helen Keller to NAMC specifically to see Dr Pons, he never even came to the room. Great job Dr Ponzi Scheme
Dr. Pons removed a 9cm X 9cm saddle pulmonary embolism (which is a blood clot in the lungs). He was very professional and explained the procedure and why it was emergent. Would highly recommend him for any vascular procedures.
Great guy saved my life. God Bless.
All I can say is he saved my father.
Took my Aunt here. She has severe scoliosis and osteoporosis. I informed them of this at check-in. We were in this office 3 hours and 15 minutes past here appointment time. The staff nor the doctor seemed to care.
We waited in the office for 4 hours waiting on appointment time. My opinion is that my time is as valuable as a physician.
My elderly parent was treated with total disrespect. Staff is very rude. Post surgery problems completely ignored!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Pons for over a year and feel comfortable in his care.
If I could choose no star rating...I would have! Stay away from Peter Pons!! He did surgery on my dad 23 years ago in Buffalo, NY. His bedside manner was non existent, cocky attitude, no family contact for consent as dad was confused on painkillers, and then he became very defensive when he was called on it! As a surgical nurse for the last 20 years I know what my dad missed out on with the quick cutting of Peter Pons. Run far away from this man!
You always have to wait. I truly believe he does not care anything about older people!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
