His staff seemed totally confused about my paperwork. I think they had my paperwork mixed up with someone else. They were very rude when I questioned them. He was in a hurry to get me out of his office. I guess he was in a hurry to get to the next patient’s insurance card.

The first and only doctor who took my gallbladder problems seriously. The only one that didn't LIE to me about my gallbladder being inflamed. Excellent surgeon, excellent staff, everything went smoothly, would highly recommend!

Was very polite and answered every question I asked. Him and his staff also made me feel really comfortable and welcomed me in like I was family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a decent, safe gallbladder removal. I’m up and back to myself almost, going on a week now, tomorrow exact! Yayyy!! I absolutely love Dr. Bailey and ALL his staff. I never feel anxious or overwhelmed whether I'm going for an office visit or having any surgical or other procedures performed. His staff are very knowledgeable and concerned for your well-being, very kind and comforting when they see you're nervous or anxious. From staff that do intake of patients all the way through to your discharge Dr. Bailey and staff are very caring and make you feel like a family member. Thank you Dr. Bailey and staff for your kindness, care and concern I may have had.

My son was admitted into the hospital through the ER for emergency surgery, so we had no prior info or relationship with Dr. Bailey. Before he took our son up for surgery the last thing he said is " I'll treat him as if he was my son " that meant a lot to us.
