Dr. Jerrall is always prompt, professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about weight loss. He will take the time to listen to your weight loss concerns, explain the whole weight loss ‘process’ and then discuss the best option(s) for you to reach your weight loss goals. Office staff are friendly and helpful as well. Easy to make appointments and any questions outside the office have been answered in a timely manner. Easy parking and access to clinic. Dr. Jarrell checks all the boxes- I highly recommend!!

Dr. Jarrell is an excellent doctor. He is caring and compassionate. My husband has been going to see a doctor and was told all his problems were due to his back for years. He got so bad went to see Dr. Jarrell, Evan could no longer feed himself or get up. He spent so much time with Evan and diagnosed Parkinson's. Ordered tests and appt asap with Neurologist. We were told by the Neurologist he has had it for years...Love him dearly...

If you need a family doctor...THINK twice before thinking about this doctor. It's all about the money. I had a sleeping disorder and called (I thought) my doctor for help. Called to make apptmnt, i moved here from colorado and our family Dr would come to our house. i am 64 on disability private and ssdi, so insurance is medicare, viva, office gal told me it is Jarrell and clinic policy not to take medicare people or anyone under 65 on disability. Wth is that. Thought Dr took oath to treat people? He must not believe in oath they took, i tend to believe what reviews are saying about him discriminating. They advertise they want new patients and also for weight loss, must not need them too bad. They best remember they gonna get old some day. I dont think 64 is old. I fell 60 ft and never missed a day of work 10 yrs ago, but it finally caught up with me and i had to quit working . I just need general ckup , blood test and such. Would like Dr to call me and discuss but i doubt if he will as it would interfere with his golf game and he probably not man enough to confront issues head on, however if he is man enough he can repond back here for me to call him as i will check back, but i wont hold my breath for that to happen. I have determined that med care in alabama is a joke. How do they know what you need or are about until they see you in person.

We adored Dr. Jarrell and the care my husband received from him for a few years now, however, a few days after the last visit in January 2020 (I was there with my husband) he received a letter of termination as a patient and told to find a new doctor. We were speechless and never expected that at all. My plan is to write a letter back stating that we have no idea what brought this on, except that his nurse was extremely unprofessional, had a bad attitude and told us that we don't need to speak to the doctor further, any questions we had we are to ask her, really? Dr. Jarrell, I am sorry to inform you, but you fired the wrong person. (It needed to be her!)

If you want to have a doctor that is not only very knowledgeable, but compassionate and caring, then here’s the one for you . Dr Jarrell goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to listen and his tenacity for finding the right medicine or treatment puts him at the top in his field. I highly recommend him. My husband and I completely trust him with all of our medical needs.

I felt like Dr Jarrell really listened to my medical issues and gave me the focused time some physicians are too big of a hurry to provide. His medical knowledge and the treatment plan he provided was impressive also.
