This visit was horrible. He interrupted every sentence I tried to speak. He was absolutely awful! My 12 year old son was shocked at his behavior and how he didn't show care/concern about his situation. Do no recommend this rude person to anyone! Put your time, money, and healthcare in the hands of someone else.

Doctor Imbeau is a fantastic doctor, as was the nurse, but as for the office staff I cannot say the same. I have a HIGHLY specialized situation and instead of LISTENING to me so that the right person could handle the situation, they shuffled me around and made it about MONEY, instead of the intricate details of my issues, for AN HOUR! They didn’t care for me as a PATIENT WITH A NAME, but instead, a DOLLAR SIGN! To make it JUST GO AWAY I JUST GAVE THEM A CC#! I have been through A LOT as a person and been through, with my special situation, this same scenario with LOTS of doctors offices and NEVER have I been treated with such disregard as a person. Sad to know that these are the people representing a wonderful nurse and great doctor.

I had a highly sensitive matter and instead of LISTENING to me they shuffled me from person to person for over an hour from the time of arrival. What it all came down to was the almighty $$$ instead of regarding me as a human being. I have an issue they were unfamiliar with and instead of trying to understand they went with their assumptions and inability to grasp the situation without communicating! Forget being able to talk to an office manager either because she hides behind the girls up front and the phone until it gets BEYOND comprehension! The doctor is great and so is the nurse, sad to say that the representation of them is lacking, SEVERELY!

Appreciate his diagnosis. I think it was correct. His assistants were sweet. But he was rude,impatient and completely unsympathetic. I am considering asking for another doctor.
