Recently move to Muscle Shoals and was having some major abdominal pain my PCP recommended Dr Desselle. Looked up the Drs credentials read reviews and was pleased with what I read. Called the Drs office made an appointment. Had Gallbladder surgery yesterday 05/12/2022. I must say from the 1st call for appt to now I'm extremely satisfied. Staff is wonderful Dr has patience and wonderful bedside appreciation. I would highly recommend Dr Desselle. Thank you for your caring and dedication.

I had my gallbladder removed from Dr. Desselle on the September 9th this year.great doctor didn't try to pressure into feeling like I had .I feel i made the right choice so future problems wouldn't occur. Very experienced and friendly. I would recommend anyone for him to perform youre surgery. Thank you dr. Desselle. Great man

I have been seeing Dr Dessell for 3.5 years. My last surgery was for breast cancer. He is a straightforward, kind doctor. He is efficient, but never seems rushed!

Dr Desselle was very polite. He stepped in to do a fix an issue caused by a different surgeon, and he was very reassuring and helpful. He seemed aware that this was an important issue for me and scheduled my surgery quickly. He explained things in a way I could understand and coordinated well with my primary doctor. The wait time for my follow up was a bit long, but he is an excellent surgeon so I would wait again.

Dr Deselle performance on my hiatal hernia and EGD was perfect.He also does my colonoscopy and does an excellent job of taking good care or his patient.highley recommend dr Deselle.
