Excellent surgeon! Great bedside manner, informative, and very patient! He performed a mastectomy on my 72 year old mother and did a wonderful job. We are very grateful to him and his team as she is recovering well and she will be able to help care for her two grandbabies coming in 2023!

Dr Adams is the BEST surgeon in our area. The reason why he may be a little late as per some of these reviews it’s because he takes the time to get to know his patient and give them the best medical advice that he has. He has taken care of his patients above and beyond what you would expect from any other cosmetic surgeon. There is no one, and I mean no one, I would allow to perform any cosmetic surgery than Dr. Adams. Rest a sure you may be in a little later than expected but you were in the best hands that you possibly could be. Rate this doctor on his compassion and his surgical work not his timeliness because his time is well spent getting to know his clients and sometimes that takes a little longer than expected.

Consultant was great. Day of surgery he was 2.5hrs late. No apologies no explanation. Post op visit I waited 1hr and 45mins in my car waiting. To be told he's running late. I asked why no phone call no nothing. I was told by staff they dont know if he is running late. I traveled 1hr 30mins to get to him. I am a professional as well and would never treat a client like this. I will not be back and I hope this heads off anyone else.

THE BEST HANDS DOWN! There are no words on how remarkable Dr. William Adam's is as a person and his professional work. His office staff is extremly nice and helpful. I just had surgery 10 days ago and my results are BREATHTAKING!! He is a perfectionist and has a great eye for detail. Look at his before and after photos because they speak for themselves. One thing that separates Dr. Adams from other surgeons is he himself will see you on EVERY visit. He will take the time to hear your surgery goals and make your dreams happen! I would HIGHLY recommend him to any family and friends!!

This is my first ever Yelp review. I Never felt strongly enough to take the time to do so until now. There was a $100 consultation fee which I thought was strange. There was nowhere for me to sit and I had to wait at least 20 minutes standing in the lobby waiting for "a room to open". The office looks like a Medicaid doctors office/cheap veterinarians office. they had me sit in a gown in a room for exactly 45 minutes before I got so frustrated I stuck my head out the door only to see across the hall dr. Adams leisurely having a BS conversation with someone on his phone feet up on the desk and everything.. I got dressed as fast as possible and demanded my money back. As I was leaving, I heard Dr. Adams say "I can see her now". Too late buddy. Then he calls me and leaves a voicemail saying that he is sorry He was helping a friend move and his friend got a flat tire and he was the only one that could help. But I'm welcome to come back that day or the next day or the following day. No thanks. Plus I've learned after this that he had a stroke. Don't waste your time!

I scheduled an appointment at this office and paid the $100 consultation fee. I was sent me email, several phone calls and text messages to confirm my appointment. The morning of my appointment they sent me a text message again confirming the time. I show up and the receptionist tells me the doctor just went in with another consultation. She doesn't know how long I will have to wait for in my car. I asked approximately how long, one hour two hours, she said she can't tell only the doctor knows. The fact that this doctor doesn't walk out and tell his receptionist how long he is behind is in excusable. The fact that they texted me a few hours before confirming my appointment time instead of calling me and telling me that he was over an hour behind is also inexcusable. He has no concern about the patient and no problem inconveniencing them. I really should've got a refund for my consultation fee as he did not commit to the appointment that we agreed upon. On top of this they made me fill out paperwork asking my things like my Social Security number and my children's medical records and list of things they would not be responsible for if the surgery went wrong. I haven't even chosen him to be my doctor yet. There's no way I am booking him for any type of surgery. I went to another reputable plastic surgeon and wow what a difference from the office staff to the doctor.

Dr. Adams and staff’s level of service is top notch. Very personable and professional. His level of expertise and knowledge is impressive!
