William Collignon's Online Review Report Card

Went to Dr. Collignon for cosmetic Vein treatment. Although I've had sore, heavy legs for a few years I never suspected I had venous insufficiency in both legs!! So thankful he caught it and verified it through ultrasounds. Went through the process of compression therapy for insurance purposes and then had ablation in both legs. They feel so much better, insurance completely covered it and I will be back this fall to finally fix my unsightly spider veins. Dr. and staff are super friendly and helpful. He is a very warm and knowledgeable doc.

I had a colonoscopy done at Hellen Keller Hospital on December 18, 2018. I explained to the nurse prior to that procedure that I had a horrible sinus infection and she assured me it would be no big deal. I explained I had experienced an awful lot of coughing through-out the night. Again, she assured me it was no big deal. During the procedure they broke two teeth of mine, one in which they put the piece in a cup for me. One on top and one on bottom. . . The nurse told my daughter that I had a horrible coughing spell and my tooth broke and she had given me a breathing treatment. She only told her about the one, not both. I forgot my recheck appointment and have not heard one work from that office. They have not called to ask me to reschedule or discuss the broken teeth. This was my first encounter with this doctor. I'm not real sure I can go back. . .

emergency bowel obstruction, during Easter Weekend. Dr Collignon saved my life.

It was great!!!! Staff was nice and great also. I’ve seen a lot of doctor’s in my life. He’s number 1 in my book and he’s staff. He’s nurse is a nice person as well. I can’t say enough nice things about them.

Not a good doctor does not care about patients and makes them feel like they don’t deserve his services I wrote another review on here titled stomach pain and didn’t realize I gave him 5 stars so this is my ratings I wouldn’t give him 1 star!!!!

Very nice doctor and staff at Madison Vein Center. Highly recommend them, not only were they nice but my legs feel amazing now!

Very nice doctor, easy to get an appointment and he doesn't keep you waiting in the lobby for forever either.

Receptionist stated that I missed my appointment and I was charged $100.00. I know for a fact that I didn't miss my appointment because I specifically marked on my calender the appointed date that was given to me. (My word against the receptionist's.) When I spoke to Dr. Colignon about the mix -up, he basically shrugged it off and said, "Yeah..I remember that." Why would I freely give someone $100.00??? I mean, really? I suggest that his patients also have the option to book their appoitments online. They should also incorporate a courtesy confirmation via text/email.

I would recommend this doctor. He took his time and listened to my problems. He did great with my surgery too.
