We waited two and a half hours before he saw us! His bedside manner is awful! His phone rang while we were with him, and he took the call! He was very rude and not friendly at all!

Dr Heaton treated my father and myself. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist. I trust him implicitly.

excellent doctor! My brother (usually very critical) praised Dr. Heaton highly hence my 9 year association with his practice. Also his staff and assistants are great!. I am shocked at some of the low ratings posted here. I do know that unhappy people tend to leave complaints everywhere more than satisgied people do.

Dr. Heaton told me that he wouldn’t touch my mother with a 10 ft pole she was a ticking time bomb. (2009) She moved to Memphis in 2010then had a AAA procedure. Pacemaker & a blood clot removed all in ONE year. Then lived a happy life until May 7th 2016. I wouldn’t carry an allly cat to this man. God Bless those who use him.

I would recommend Dr. Heaton to any and all of my family and friends. I was skeptical at first, but the information and care I was given through his office was top notch. All of my questions have been answered, and Dr.Heaton spent ample time with my wife and I to be sure we understood what we were up against and what we could expect. Thoroughly pleased with the service provided
