The care was not very good. It was very hot in room. Everything in room was run down. The staff acted like they were not happy to be there. Very depressing place.

They Never answer the phone in the reception area!! If I have an issue with a particular thing, who do I talk to? It's ridiculous!! Lazy people doing nothing just for a paycheck!!! I will make a complaint submitting my form today!

Horrible! My mom had 2 strokes and went there for rehab. She fell 3 times in under a week! 1st fall was within the first 5 hours and she had to go back to hospital for a couple days. 2nd one was on her face and 3rd she broke her hip! They knew she was a fall risk! DONT even send your pets here!

Everyone at Diversicare treated me with respect and compassion and that is why im getting out Friday after 27 days here. Especially the physical therapy side of this who guided me into every step how to strengthen myself to be able to finally go home. Even the social worker Amanda she got me a pair of shoes when I lost one of them moving from 1 room to the other. I would recommend Diversicare to anybody that truly wants to get well.

I had a chance to go see my mother. Everyone was so kind and I could tell my mother was taken good care of and the staff that I met really cared for the patients!

I would recommend no one send a family member to this place. My aunt had a stroke and their comment was she had dementia. After sending her back to the hospital it was determined that she had a stroke which resulted in hospice being called in. We feel had we taken her some place else she would still be alive. She lived at home alone and had a independent life, sharp mind and we ended it by sending her to rehab. She was buried yesterday.

Do not bring your loved ones here! They abuse and neglect them and steal there medications and refuse to give them ordered medications and also give them meds that are not ordered! Let alone they stole my aunts stimulus check and a lot of money from her and refuse to let her buy anything for herself! I’m getting an attorney and suing!! IF YOU HAVE LOVED ONES HERE GET THEM OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!

One thing I have learned that if they are not accredited by JACHO or OMBRA stear clear and I was right. To bad we had nothing choice of where to place my grandmother for rehab. Hopefully she does not end up here long term. Wish I could do lower than 1 star.

This facility has come a long way in spite of the challenges faced in recent years, and some issues people had with them in the past. As of the end of 2019, they have been awarded a title of "deficiency free" in the facility and considered a quality service center. The staff here is amazing and cares extensively for the residents. In the here and now, Diversicare in Foley is amongst the best of places in Baldwin County for loved ones. Highly recommended.
