Dr. Ananth is wonderful

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY OFFICE WORKERS! Don't go there. Before seeing the dr I was assured by the front end girl that my visit was fully covered by my insurance. After weeks, I received a $300 bill. The girl at the front end said she doesn't remember. I called the billing office and a rude female (can't call her lady), VALERIE, yelled at me over the phone saying that she didn't give a sh... of what I was told. So, I decided to show up and try to talk to the office manager. Here comes the rudest person I've ever met, VICKI GOLDEN, that yelled at me (again) saying that since I don't work in medical field I can't understand insurance (seriously???) and that if I don't pay my bill she'll send me the collection agency. Worst customer service ever! I hope the dr will read my comment and gets aware of what kind of staff he has! Find yourself a better dr with a decent staff with a minimum of insurance knowledge. I would give VALERIE and VICKI GOLDEN zero stars if available! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY!

Dr Kowal and his team were wonderful. From testing for suitability to arranging surgery to the procedure it was excellent. If you are having issues with sleep Apnea, the Inspire system is incredible. I tried everything I could to try and resolve my Apnea from exercise, dieting to the dreaded CPAP. The Inspire system is the only thing that has worked for me. If you want excellent results visit the ENT Centre of Excellence. Dr K and his team are the dream Team

Been using Dr Kowal and his team for 3 years and I could not expect better. Friendly staff and a doctor that will listen is very welcomed and is what you can expect from this staff. Thank you for your caring service.

I dont give many reviews but I feel compelled because of the service I recieved from Dr. Kowal and his team. Thanks for a opening a new chapter in my life I struggled for years with sinus trouble. No Longer Thanks. Highly recommended

I was told 2 years ago I needed hearing aids.Well like mist I thought no.My hearing got a little worse and so I went back.I had the test again and there was a little difference. I got my hearing aids today and as soon as I walked out in the hall I heard people talking clearly that had just come in that door by the staue,I couldnt see them yet. us i could hear the elevator ding.As i walked to my car i heard traffic people ect .I thought let me go in a store. I heard like 5 diffrent things goi g on clearly. So if your hearing needs checked go see this young lady who does it all there. She even wears one herself. I started out seeing Dr Kowal and he found the problem and we made a plan and im much better

I’ve called six times, left voicemails, submitted an inquiry online, and still no response. I received a $50 “no show” bill, even though I showed up. I was 10 min late. The doctor left early for surgery at 4:35. The office closes at 5 pm. Even if I was late, by 10 minutes, that means he would have only had 10 minutes for my appointment. If the

Dr. Kowal is such an amazing doctor. He is thorough, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor.He explained my diagnosis with terms that that are extremely easy to understand, as well as explained our course of action. I'm so happy that I chose to come to his office for my treatment. I would recommend him to anyone with their ENT needs!
