After my dr decided to leave this office I was switched over to Dr. Kowal. I was assured that he would take the time to listen to my concerns and address my issues. After waiting 40 minutes I got a 2 minute chat about avoiding caffeine, especially chocolate, and directed toward a website that would require me to spend $400 on vitamins. My concerns were glossed over and I was quickly ushered out the door with no other help. I will not be returning.

I was happy I could get in to see dr kowal after a weekend of ear issues His office got me in right away I like dr Kowal and feel I get a high standard of treatment from him I have been a patient for over 5 years

Dr Kowal is awesome! My wait time in his office is minimal. Usually 15 mins or less. He’s very personable and takes the time to explain what’s wrong and how he can help repair, fix, or correct a ENT issue. I highly recommend !!
