The annual medical checkup with Dr Alexander was a total waste of my time. She didn’t listen. I sent her an email regarding the very bad side effects of the drugs she prescribed, but she never replied to it. Not professional. Fortunately I have now found a more competent physician.

California's gain is Foley, Alabama's loss. I was a patient of Dr. Alexander's, and she gave me and my family excellent care. She is missed.

Have been going here several years. Usually very short waiting time, staff, although busy, have always been efficient and friendly. Physician and NP are knowledgeable, and seem less rushed than other doctors I had seen in past, especially those who are employed by hospitals or corporations. Office visit times seem ample. One reviewer mentioned the paperwork, only a few pages and yes, they do have a missed appointment policy as all providers seem to now, including my dentist. Must be a reason.

Staff was pleasant, facility clean and modern, wait time minimal, physician helpful and allowed enough time.

Waste of time. Month to get appt. Staff nothing but trouble. Would not see me unless I agreed to pay 70-200.for missed appt. Dr. Refused to speak to me. This after I paid and filled out a book of paperwork. Hopefully money will be returned on my card.
