I received proper treatment but was left wondering if I had at the time. I was battling infections and expected the Dr to order new blood and urine tests to rule out a recurrence of a UTI and sepsis that had hospitalized me for 5 days the prior week The Dr didn’t discuss any further tests. It would have been helpful to me if he did discuss his decision.

Dr. Donald was very willing to help me feel better after a bout of food poisoning. He knew I was miserable and so glad he was able to get me in the same day I called. Very friendly and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again if needed.

Dr. Donald is a very good MD. He takes the time with his patients and is concerned about them.He is very good with his follow up’s and goes the extra mile for his patients health and well being. I have been thinking about changing to a new doctor for about 2-3 months because I wasn’t happy everything was just off. I was very skeptical at first but I knew I had to do it, because there’s a time for everything in life especially when you are not happy. When I finally decided to change to my new doctor, Dr. Sawyer, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. He was nice and patient with me, he listened to me, and by that I can tell he is not in it for the money. He actually does care about his patients and I appreciate it. Great vibes! The staff are so lovely, super nice, and very professional. Great energy, peaceful, the office looks super clean and organized. There’s an overall great atmosphere, I feel right at home I love it.

The staff was courteous. The wait time was not bad. Dr. Donald was pleasant, easy to talk to and listened well. Will be keeping him as my son's new PCP.

Never got a call back from him. Called multiple times and no response. Very disappointing when your in a lot of pain.
