Centerpoint Health Dental Clinic's Online Review Report Card

If I could give zero stars I would. The dental center is an absolute joke. They have done more damage to my kids teeth than anything. On top of that they are always wanting to reschedule. I had made an appointment in the summer of last year for months out. Already half way to the office and they call me last second to cancel. And they couldn’t reschedule for another 6 months!! Totally unacceptable, especially since it was their own fault. Stay far, FAR away from this place. My new dentist office even mentioned how awful this place is and how often they mistreat their patients.

Horrible office, Middletown one too! Doctors don’t care, rude staff, highly unprofessional. If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. Also refused to see my 4yo daughter when she stopped talking, started drooling & having extremely odd CONCERNING behavior I was told by their staff it was just a “sore throat” & she didn’t need a in person appointment. Long story short, 3 hospital trips later we were admitted too childrens & she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Thank god I knew my daughter well enough to know when something wasn’t right & kept taking her to the hospital until someone took us seriously! If I would have listened to their staff, my daughters condition could have been potentially life threatening!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

This is the worse office. I love the provider my kids see but you can NEVER get ahold of anyone and they NEVER respond back to messages. My son had strep a few months ago and no one even told me his test was positive until like a week and a half later and that was only because I never seen the results pop up so I called them then had the nerve to say keep him home from school a week and a half later after he was getting over it. Front desk staff is HORRIBLE!!

They did a cavity filling on my tooth and chipped the tooth next to it while doing it, and didn’t even tell me. So I ended up going to a different dentist because obviously my tooth hurt and this dentist is booked up until months away. Horrible.

Do not recommend!!! They do not answer phones, they will try to overdose your children, poke your children multiple times to try and get blood, very unprofessional and rude.

I have been visiting this practice for many years and the care you now receive is garbage!! I had a 3-hour wait with the pediatrician. When my son seen her she was an absolute wreck. The phones are always down or never answered. The front desk staff is clueless and this place is always dirty. The dental office is not any better. If you want feel pain while getting dental work done this is the place for that!

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. last time we were in there it took an hr and a half to be seen... WITH A 5 MONTH OLD. the lady who was a doctor didn't introduce herself and she was OUT OF BREATH... was just over worked. This place is a joke. My son has an ear infection and I've been trying to call for 3 days now. No response. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Would not recommend and I will not be going back here again. I have been waiting for over a week for my strep test that I was told would take 3-4 days, I called about it yesterday and was told I would get a call back I never did. I've had strep for 2 weeks now, I had to go to an urgent care to get something done about it because it was unbearable. I've also been waiting for a month for blood test results, I've left several messages and calls and still have not received any results. The same goes with their billing department, 3 weeks and still no return, called everyday for almost 2 weeks about this issue and I get told every time that they will be in contact soon. This is the worst medical office I have ever been to.
