If u have any other option to see any other doctor go to them. It's 2 days from October now and I went to see him mid July and have not had 1 call from them to inform me of my medication or any follow up info. I went in and talked to him for 2 minutes and he said blah blah he would get me some medication. Well i had to call the pharmacy corporation vital care myself about my medication and they said they haven't heard 1 word since the day I went in 3 months ago. They said they need blood work sent to them that Dr Fernandez never did and has not asked me to come do. I have called the office multiple times and nobody is ever in his office and have left 3 messages like it said to do. Well no call back from that either. If u want to be treated like a person that ur doctor cares about u and ur well being I would find someone else. He will not call u and will not have anyone in his office call u either it's sad

3 MONTHS SINCE I SEEN HIM NO CALLS NO CHECKING ON ME OR MY MEDICINE HE SUPPOSED TO GET ME I HAD TO CALL THE PHARMACY CORPORATION IN BHMAM MYSELF ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID HIS STAFF HASNT DONE ANYTHING SINCE DAY I SEEN HIM WHEN HE REQUESTED MY MEDICINE. THEY SAID IM SUPPOSED HAVE BLOOD WORK FOR MEDICINE AND HE KNOWS THAT BUT WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT BLOOD WORK OR ASKED TO DO IT. CALLED LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES LIKE IT SAYS TO NOT 1 TIME HAS ANYONE GOT BACKED WITH ME. UNLESS HE KNOWS U OR UR FAMILY OR ARE GONNA MAKE HIM A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY HE DONT CARE

Gadsden Regional Colonoscopy Prep Nurses spot on. Professional IV insertion, bedside manner, informative. Surgery Room staff, nurse read patient stats, procedure plan aloud and ask staff for their agreement, in unison they agreed then started the General anesthesia, Dr Fernandez completed the procedure and I was off to recover. His follow up before release was down to earth where I could understand quickly. I recommend Gadsden Regional staff and Dr. Fernandez.

Always a very good experience when I go here. DrFernandez is very professional. He takes his time and explains everything so that I can understand it. His nurse and office worker are also very professional and helpful with whatever I need. I would recommend Dr Fernandez to all my friends.

Dr. Ferdandez was absolutely amazing when our daughter was admitted to Gadsden Regional in 2018 with a bowel perforation from antibiotics she took for an ear infection. He even came to the hospital to check on us even on his off day. After much praying and surgery, our daughter is doing well now. We can't thank you enough! You are an amazing doctor!
