Just called to schedule an appointment to see an OPHTHALMOLOGIST and they said I'd have to see one of their optometrist first for referral. Called another ophthalmologist and they got me right in.

I would highly recommend Dr. Judge to anyone. I was somewhat anxious before a laser procedure and he was very reassuring. He took extra time to talk to me and explain the procedure and made sure I was ok with it before he started. I really appreciated him taking the extra time. Went above and beyond!!

Had a 9:30 AM appointment but was sitting next to a woman who, at 9:45 was still waiting for an 8 AM appointment. She was told that there were still two more in front of her! The waiting room was packed and all I could think was “this is a factory!“ I don’t trust factories.

Recently this guy did cataract surgery on both of my wife's eyes. He gets a thumb down for care and concern. She has had continual problems with both distant and near vision. Upon a follow-up visit he blew her off. "That is what nearsightedness is Honey" was his comment. Unprofessional! Additionally, he seems to have a "better than you" attitude, nothing is my fault kinda guy. The first thing he said is "why are you here". Well I cannot see! He had not read the follow-up visit details from our optometrist who had sent us back to him for help. Sad

Dr. Judge performed cataract surgery on me 2 years ago and all went well. Recently had to see him regarding "secondary cataract" or scar tissue behind the lens. He performed a Yag Capsulotomy to remove this. I had some complications and at follow up visit tried to tell him. He blew me off and said I would be fine. Weeks later I saw another surgeon who did listen and I had to have the procedure done over because his was incomplete. Would not recommend him. 4 hour wait time.

Dr. Judge was my surgeon for Cataract removal on both eyes. Surgery was done at the Eye Surgery Center in Gadsden. I was impressed with how clean, organized and efficient the facility was. I had no complications after surgery ... in fact I was watching the evening news that same night. I would highly recommend Dr. Judge as a surgeon.
