Doctor was straightforward and honest. My nurse was helpful and was very patient with me as she navigated me through this very tough process. The ladies in the lab took a lot of time to explain everything to me in detail and it made me feel cared for. The front desk was always so friendly greeting me. Other places made me feel like I was a cog in a machine.

I've called 5 times and no one calls back, I just want to be able to get the ok to go back to normal life stuff... for something this personal and important it is extremely disappointing the lack of care and response, shame on this place

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this place at all. Dr smith is so cold hearted person I have ever met. All the staff talk bad behind clients back. They only want your money. I warned you don't come to this place.

I would not recommend this clinic for any type of service. Dr Smith seems like she could care less about any of her patients, she probably needs to retire if she's so annoyed with her job. They are just after your money, they could care less about your situation or helping you. There are so many different fees that they try and charge. Do not go here!

This place will haunt you for years. The worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. I left RMFC after many losses as their patient. I went to a different fertility center where they found my cause of pregnancy loss immediately, my baby boy is due next month. We do NOT recommend RMFC.

Please do not go see this doctor at Rocky Mountain Fertility! Seriously! If you are dealing with infertility, you need a kind and caring place. I've been there and know the emotions you are dealing with. Before going here I read some negative reviews and ignored them. I prepaid for lab work that was never used. They told me in May that they would refund the money and after multiple phone calls and going into the office in person I have still not received a refund. It's now September! They are completely dismissive and I am beyond frustrated. You might be reading this thinking "oh the bad review might just be from some angry lady who didn't get pregnant", nope that is not the case. I did, naturally after being told we would never have kids without IVF. The doctors words, not mine. So, please do not waste your time or get your money stolen here because going through infertility is stressful enough by itself. If you decide to ignore my post, Do Not Prepay For Lab Work! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Smith and the nurses at RMFC. If you are looking for a great, feels like home fertility clinic then look no further! They treat you like family here! Thank you to all the staff at RMFC.

I didn't receive poor service, but the issue I had was the charges. Their 3rd party collection agency delivered me a fake court summons, all to collect a $500 charge. I tried to reach out to the office to make a payment arrangement and was told they couldn't help. Fertility is a sensitive issue. I ended up feeling like I would never refer a friend to this office.

BE WORRIED! Seriously be very very very worried and look for the red flags. I can't go into detail but just know it was bad.

I would give them a 0 if possible. I've called twice, and the message states I will receive a phone call back within 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks. Sh*tty service.
