Wonderful doctor.
Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. Dr McCain is direct and straight to the point. He listened to and treated my problem. Then sent me on my way.
Although this Dr leaves much to be desired in his bedside manner. He has an excellent support staff that more than makes up for it. The Nurse who gave injection was the best I've ever encountered anywhere and her bedside manner is amazing. She makes you feel relaxed safe and you know you're in good hands. The receptionist and even the lady cleaning the office were very pleasant ,thorough and professional. The kadybdoing the intake questions in computer , bless her heart she gets an A for effort and should charge him with creating a hostile work environment or at least charge hazard pay for the ridiculous questions he forces her to ask people which have nothing to do with healthcare . My first experience here with this dr was horrendous - but I'm going to give him another chance because we all have bad days . I'm Sure this man is doing the best he can and even tho it was a religious school - which may explain his OCD with religious questions - he still graduated from medical school. I must say the Roberta Watts facility is very impressive with its own pharmacy. It's clean organized and pleasant to be in .
Should be -100 stars! He and the staff and hard to deal with, disrespectful, and rude!
I don't think he's a doctor I think he's faking everything I mean what doctor has rotten teeth in his mouth should'nt he buy dentures and get those pulled out to look professional
Worse Dr I’ve ever dealt with. Didn’t listen, walked out while I was talking. He started nodding his head , talking out loud in hallway about me, very unprofessional. Instead of listening to me he wanted to only draw blood and then do follow up even though I had already had blood drawn multiple times and gotten nowhere with that. The nurse that drew the blood messed up and I had a bruised swollen arm over 3 weeks. Instead of doing anything to treat the symptoms I came in for ,he gave me unnecessary repeated bloodwork because he said I was pale (white) and had to be anemic. Which is ridiculous because he didn’t listen to anything I came in for or care that I had already had bloodwork. He wanted me to come back for a follow up in a month to see if I was anemic. Meanwhile I suffered in horrendous pain he never treated me for. I came back for the follow up at my appointed time , 1:00. When I arrived they told me the dr was on lunch. I asked why I was made an appointment during his lunchtime and why not after. They had no answer except he should be back soon. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes and he still hadn’t come back from his lunch that he was on at my 1:00 appointment. I was in severe pain still and could not wait any longer because I had children to pick up and he was the most ridiculous dr I’ve ever witnessed. I’d wait 2 days in a long line for a great dr but for a dr like him who doesn’t even listen it’s not worth a minute wait much less 3 hours while he eats lunch. I would never recommend him , he certainly shouldn’t be allowed to treat patients with real illnesses. It’s a disgrace insurance companies are paying for this and human beings are being treated this way. He gets my vote for the worst dr ever!!! Thankfully I have found a new wonderful dr , very professional, that listens and actually treats patients for their illnesses and not by looking at them for 2 seconds and saying your too white. I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. It is very painful , common and should be taken seriously. I’m sorry if you’ve seen this dr and he treated you the way he treated me. I hope you will do as me and spread the word. The worst dr ever! Beware he’s getting paid and not treating his patients. He should be working for us not against us.
Not very likely,to recommend him to anyone. He is incompitent ,&very rude. Seemed very irritated with any question that I asked. Told me that I had too many problems! Acted as if he didn't want to treat me. Reluctantly wrote a few of the meds, that my diagnosis required! But left me feeling very angry,at his incompitent!!!
The worst doctor dr james mccain , he didnt listen to what I had to say and didnt evaluate me he walked out in the middle of me talking and he was cussing in the hall way bedore and after seeing me. Very unprofessional!!!!
This is the worse Dr I have ever dealt with. He is rude and everyone at his office @"pro care" is just as hateful. I wouldn't refer a soul to this Dr.
It's nasty that doctor was very rude to my son ,dr james mccain don't need to b a doctor my husband was there he said he very rude.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
