I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and then the doctor seemed rush. On top of that, the staff was rude, not very welcoming and friendly and tried to rush me through. I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this appointment.

My mother who has been a patient of Dr. Just for over 10 years . Passed out on Monday August 14,2023 was taken to Riverview Hospital. Just was contacted to come see my mom he acted as he had never seen my mother before in his life. He was rude to her and my father for two days in a row all the way up to discharge. No bedside manners at all. The EEG results were never explained at all he told the nurse to give her Keppra 250 MG witnlhout any explanation why. My mother refused the medication. His response was if she won't do what I say she can be sent home. It was never explained to her what he seen in her EEG to have to take the medication and the side effects are worse than her problem. No recommendations for him.

I get very confused when reading many of the negative reviews for this business and this doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Just since 2018, 5+ years now, and I have had a great experience overall. I see him monthly and sure, like any doctor's office they run behind from time to time, but I've never had an appointment when I needed to discuss something I considered serious that he wouldn't take the time I felt we needed to discuss it thoroughly. Additionally, the office staff are always absolutely fantastic.

I took my mother to a follow up review yesterday to see myself how he was. Wish I had read the reviews before hand and would not have waisted 2 hours of travel time... He spent 5 minutes in the room if that. Was unaware of her issues he treated her for, test she had asked for results he seemed to not care. Didn't show concern over a fall she was still bruised up from or other issues related to her problem. He did't even talk loud enough for her to hear what he even asked her. Very cold to her and me. We will not be returning for his treatment.

As a nurse practitioner, I have never been so disappointed in a physician in my life. He was so arrogant, when I asked a question he ignored me and asked if I knew what I was talking about. Walked in the room, didn’t introduce himself, I had to ask who he was. So unprofessional. I would not recommend him to ANYONE.
