My visit was for follow-up from the removal of a cancerous kidney. I couldn't ask to be treated with anymore respect. He saw me within ten minutes of the scheduled appointment and answered all my questions and wanted to know if they was anything further I needed explained. He was the upitomy of professionalism! I have an issue that requires long term follow-up and Dr. Pirani understands the importance of these follow-ups and has conveyed that to me. He is concerned, caring and takes the time to answer any and all of my questions. He is up on the latest medical practices and uses them where necessary.

I would never let this man near me again.. He practices with another urologist who damaged me for life and he was on call for one of my operations while I was hospitalized.Arrogant, rude, dismissive--all those would fit my experience with him..

I met Dr. John Pirani when removed a kidney stone some years ago. I have seen him periodically since for the routine exams that men of the over-50 group require. Several of my family members have also been patients of his. He is an excellent physician and has a top notch staff. I highly recommend him.

I have used Dr. Pirani and not very impressed I have cyst on kidney which is painful all he tells me is he will keep a check on it every six months. I've been doing this for several years now. Think it's time to find another dr.
