Kyle Christenberry's Online Review Report Card

I truly appreciate Dr. Christenberry. I have experienced cardio vascular symptoms for years, but test came back normal. Dr. Christenberry immediately knew that I needed to see a Cardiologist again. I went back and this time the blockage was exposed. Other doctors didn't diagnose me immediately, but Dr. Christenberry knew immediately that I had intermittent Claudication. He advised me to take low dose aspirin, and I am so grateful. After a heart cath. I am now on the road to recovery, I had considered postponing my appointment, but I am so glad that I went in to see him when I did. He may have saved my life. I recommend him.

I really liked the dr. But I have still not heard a word about my test and I’ve called 2 times. That’s not a professional way to treat others. I’m worried and it was in June 25 been over 2 weeks now why??

I do not know what has changed in this office but i have chosen to find another doctor due to their lack of communication. I was having issues and needed a mammogram. Went in for an appointment and they scheduled me for a mammo. I called the office for over 2 weeks after results were sent to them trying to get some answers. Was told report is on his deck...he hasnt got to it yet. For someone who was worrying about an issue this was stressful. I finally went to the imaging center and picked up my report myself. The final straw was after having labs done it was well over a week before they called me. My TSH was really low. The nurse stated "he said you may want to adjust your meds" NO Recommendation on how to adjust them or anything! I truly hate that this office has cone to this. My original impression of Dr. Christenberry was good 3 years ago on initial visit, but sadly not since then.

They did not seem concerned one bit about the pain I was having and said you can leave a urine sample and we can get you in for an appointment at end of month . So I went in the next morning left a urine sample and it’s has been 4 business and a full weekend and no one has called and when I called they just keep putting it off and I know a test like this should have results within a couple days . Not professional at all . Not concerned at all.

The support staff is very unhelpful and when I requested I renewal of a prescription they acted like they couldn’t renew it basically stated they said he refused to fill. So I went to my medical doctor and they sent in the prescription. When I went to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy both prescriptions were there from both my doctor and Dr. Christenberry. This was shocking to me because of what they said. However they never told me. Later I needed an urgent appointment in the past they would get right in but told me it would be 2weeks. So I had to go through another doctor who could see me within 24 hours. I feel his support staff is working against him. This is uncharacteristic of him. He needs to clean house because they are undermining his practice and he is losing clients.

Dr. Christenberry is one of the best gynecologist in this area. I trust and have trusted him and his care for me for many years. I am grateful for him, his kindness, and care.

I would really like to thank Dr. Christenberry. I have always had confidence in his care & success in my surgeries he's performed. I would recommend him to anyone!

This is the best DR I've ever experienced , in my whole life .He made me very comfortable. He takes time with me to talk things out. I recommend him to all my family friends anyone . I can also tell he really cares.

I work in physicians office and called this place first thing today to try to get an appointment for a new patient with a problem. The staff that answered the phone was very rude and did not seemed concerned at all. I will not recommend this office to any of my patients in the future
