Absolutely horrible dr do not use her for your child. All she does is criticize parents. She lacks empathy toward what problems your child is having, then turns around and say your child needs shots for nothing related to their problems. She has no care for you or your child she is only there to make a paycheck.

Don’t recommend McCorkle. She expects a mother with covid not to take care of their baby. Yet, the mother is the care giver for her child. So what did McCorkle think? To not take care of my child because I have covid? Unbelievable! No empathy, no emotions, no care! Just cold hearted and likes to mom shame.

Terrible doctor. Won’t prescribe them medicine they need (antibiotics) & will let your child suffer and then tell you to come back in 2 weeks when it gets worse. But will be quick to shame you for not giving them a Covid vaccine. A whole JOKE! I don’t recommend her at all! I would give her no stars if it would let me.

She gave us the run around all day instead of just telling us that a broken bone or nursemaids elbow could not be treated at her office. If she would have been upfront from the morning visit, my sons pain could have ended way sooner. Instead she sent us for X-rays and had us wait by the phone all day to tell us his X-rays were normal and to go elsewhere for a very simple reduction that a student ended up performing. Very neglectful.....

I had to visit this woman when I was a preteen. She refused to give me my final MMR booster shot without explanation, she never set a date for me to receive it, and a few months later I contracted the mumps and I've had problems from it ever since. She also exposed me in front of my mother and sister without warning or permission and made no apologies for the humiliation. I wouldn't even recommend this woman as a last resort.

Unless you are going to the doctor just for fun find another doctor because she never prescribes medication.

I love taking my daughter to Gadsden pediatrics! They are always sooooo helpful and answer any question I have.Dr. Mccorkle is her primary physician and we love her among all the others too. The place might be older but the doctors have more experience than any other pediatrics around etowah. I guess that why they got rated number 1 in etowah county!!! Go Gadsden Pediatrics/Rainbow Pediatrics!!

We have seen this doctor twice and she is just annoying. She checks out your child and ask you questions. Then she leaves you for about 20 mintues, comes back, and gives you a sticky note of what is wrong and what medicine to give. The sticky note is a good idea but why does she take so long to make it? She returned one of my calls once and seemed very annoyed. My daughter did not seem to like her very much either. I don't think she even looks at the chart to see when the patient was in last. Like I said, she is just annoying!
