I’ve never had a better doctor next to Dr. Smith until I met doctor Conner. She is usually thorough, listens, personable and caring. My complaint is that her staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever met in the medical field. The office is filthy. Patient information and confidentiality is always breached. Dr. Conner always seems to be in a hurry and the wait times are ridiculously long. I recorded my last visit after the nurse continued to be rude and disrespectful when I asked a question about my care and prescription. She refused to provide answers and continued to loudly state that my visit was over. She called security on me for refusing to leave. I came to the appointment with severe chest and back pain. Imagine the amount of stress and pain I was in after leaving and crying in my car before driving off. Dr. Conner, in my opinion, could be a jewel in the medical field especially for our local area, but allowing these things to continue to happen speaks to her character and it concerns me.Location: Quality of Life in Anniston, AL leighton office

I almost died when she discontinued my meds. No detox program. She just wanted to get rid of patients who paid cash. No insurance to inflate costs

Today was my first appointment and they follow social distancing and everyone had face masks. So i felt comfortable being there, and the staff was so kind. Dr Connor was just a gem, what an absolutely sweet lady. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I give them a 5 star rating, and would refer them to anyone!

She's very caring and loving it's so hard to find a good Doctor with good bedside manners and she all the time you need to answer any and all of your questions. I am so happy that she is doing well.
