Horrible! I had to take my 5 star rating and drop it down to 1. I would give zero if I could. This rating is based solely on the rude lady that answers the phone. Bonnie, Bunny? I went to a walk in clinic and was tested for Covid. That office told me to call my primary care dr and tell them. So I did. I told her I had some of the symptoms and that they told me to call. She said for me to go to ER. ? I just got out of the dr office. I’m sick and need to be in bed. I told her I didn’t want to go (I didn’t want to get Covid if I wasn’t positive) She laughed and said so you have Covid symptoms but you won’t go to er bc you’re afraid of getting it? Umm yes. Why would I go on to er as soon as I leave the dr office anyway? And I don’t want to be exposed to anything else while I’m so sick. They wouldn’t be able to do anything. Well guess what!? I DIDNT have Covid! I am so glad I didn’t listen to the hateful lady.

If you need a great doctor, office, and nurse practitioner, who is caring and understanding, and cares of enough give each patient, time and medical care in gadsden Alabama. This is place to go, to have the best care. I see both nurse practitioner and doctor, both is wonderful. My hole family goes to them. And have saved my mom so many times, where others doctors was easy to give up hope.

Dr. A is excellent. He takes the time to listen to you. He will go above and beyond to treat your symptoms in the best way possible. I have been his pt. for years. I am very satisfied with the care I have received while under his care.

Very knowledgeable about a variety of illnesses and the medications to treat them. He treats his patients with respect and spends time going over everything with you. If he finds a condition he doesn’t treat, he will recommend several specialists to you. I highly recommend Dr. Akisanya.

Dr. A has taken care of my health needs for about 20 years.He is a very caring and kind person to have as a Dr.I am very blessed to have him as my physician and his staff is always kind and courteous to me.I am treated with so much compassion and kindness any time I am in the office.I consider Dr A and his staff a part of my family ❤️

He is a very kind and well educated Dr. He takes his time with you and goes over all your labs, tests or anything that will help him and of course his patients get the best treatment he can give them/ Listen to you, dont make you feel like you are hypocontrica. I have went to several Drs and I would recommend him to my family & friends. I give him a 5 Star.

This guy drops people without explanation. He demands you use one pharmacy which is wrong also! I wouldn’t recommend

DR AKISANYA is a very caring and competent DR in Gadsden AL . He's been my family Dr for 18 yrs plus . He worked nonstop on my illness a few yrs ago . He knew what it was and set me up with a specialist at UAB . Dr diagnosed me exactly as DR A did . I came back here for treatment and recuperated very well under DR A's care . I wouldn't think twice about using another DR for my preventative care ! Thank you DR A and Staff !
