Dr Caldwell is a great Dr. He is very knowledgable, attentive, and wants to get you to your best self. He has a great personality. The wait time is my only complaint. Its always an hour or more wait. That isnt his problem. Its the scheduling of appointments by the staff because he doesnt dawdle. He spends quality time with you but isnt wasting any if you understand. Its like the appts are all booked at the same time.

Dr. Caldwell is an excellent doctor. However, his office staff lied to me and told me that BCBS AL would not cover my exam if I did not give them the birth date of my husband. I contacted BCBS AL and they replied that there was no such requirement. How can I trust them with my information if they lied to me!

Dr Caldwell is a excellent ENT doctor. I have been a patient since 2002. I don't believe you could find a doctor more concerned about your well being and answer your questions. Not only is he a awesome doctor he is a great friend.
