I recently brought my sister who was experiencing chest pain and hypertension to the ER… Everyone was extremely attentive and kind . We were very impressed with the ER Doctor as well as the nurse that took care of her … we are lucky to have such a caring hospital in Etowah County . Well done and thank you !!

Disappointed that post op care, after rotator repair surgery, did not include anything pertaining to “do(s) & don’ts! Icing/splint usage, etc. pre op care was fine.

Rude staff!! Uncaring. Didn’t care about my 2 year old who had 103.9 fever. Treated me like I was bringing him in for no reason.

Beautiful spa like atmosphere and caring, smiling technicians. Both ladies were awesome! It was an overall pleasant experience. Cannot imagine going anywhere else for a Mammogram.

I just want to thank the amazing ER staff, 3rd floor staff and so many others for their kindness, compassion and care when I came to the ER yesterday and subsequently had to be admitted. I was scared not knowing what was going on with me but everbody went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The precious lab tech, Joy, even comforted me and prayed for me along with several others that prayed for me as well at my bedside. I can’t thank everyone enough for everything that was done for me! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
