List of Robert Lee's Reviews
The staff and Dr Lee show no compassion, kindness or care. Dr Lee is very arrogant and will not listen to the patient. He say's everything you have he has had and it's all no big deal. He makes light of serious situations.
I've been going to Dr Lee and his practice for almost 20 years. I have been both a once a year whether I need it or not patient all the way up once a month checkups monitoring a medical condition. If you're looking for a Dr experience where you are treated like a human person and want to talk to a Dr who listens to you, addresses your concerns, and makes sure you understand and are happy with treatment, then this is your Dr.
I had no problems when I went in to the office, I never actually saw Dr. Lee, just a Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. However, I was put on blood pressure medication a year ago by this office. Today I called in to refill my prescription and they wouldn't refill due to not being seen in over a year. No problem, asked if they could call in a 2 week prescription to cover me until my appointment, the answer was no. A good doctors office would have told me the last time I called in to have my prescription refilled that I would need to be seen before my next prescription. Now I'm searching for a new doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. Lee for well over 17 years as my family Doctor. He has helped me more than any other Dr I have had. Diagnosed my prostate problem before it became a problem. I seldom wait more than 15-20 minutes in the waiting room. He is very through and explains things in layman's terms to me. He spends time with me to make sure I truly understand what he is telling me. I appreciate that. He cares about my well being and makes sure If I have to go to a specialist he gets on the phone and gets me in ASAP. He informs me of test results very quickly and again explains them to me completely. His bedside manner is that of a country Doctor, I am country to the core and appreciate him, His bedside manner, his wit, and him. I know he is a busy man, but he always says hello and chats for a brief moment with me when I am there. Even If I am seeing his PA, Dr. Lee will at least acknowledge with a "Howdy or Hey". I am a typical male and hate going to the Dr in the 1st place, But I do enjoy going to see my friend and my Doctor, Dr. Robert Lee.
Dr. Lee came into the room apologizing for being late because he had been in ICU with a patient that was dying. I told him that he was where he was supposed to be--I can wait. He told me all the risks of my procedure, answered all my questions and was super nice during the entire procedure, giving me time to handle the pain involved until he administered all the drug I needed. Yes, I would definitely ask for him again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
