ENT doctor gave me a physical & written & oral health history. Based on past experiences with other doctors, I felt as though the exam was timely and thorough. His office and medical staff were very professional. The waiting room was large, with many chairs spread out. It had a large TV. Ample parking. I recommend completing the health history and preregistration online before attending the appointment.

Wasn’t concerned with the ultrasound results that had suspicious written on it 3 times and brushed me off for a year. I had a Endocrinologist appointment already set up and let him know I was going to get another opinion. She was concerned sent me to have a biopsy that came back as thyroid cancer.

Not sure why so many negative reviews because our experience was nothing but wonderful. All staff was nice and on top of things. Dr.Ostendorf was very thorough and did an amazing job with my 1 year olds surgery. Highly recommend.

I’m a little late making this review but I want to say that Dr. Ostendorf saved my life in 2020. I think about him and his nurses very often. No words or google reviews can thank this office enough for what they did for me. There is no doubt in my mind that he and his team sincerely care about their patients and treat them like family. Even recollecting on the worst day of my life (being diagnosed with cancer), I am comforted by the pleasant memory of Dr. Ostendorf and his nurse being at my side and assuring me that things would be okay. God bless this practice!

Over an hour and hour and a half to see the doctor less then ten mins with absolutely horrible bed side manner and barely speaks about findings.... Automatically assumes your there for surgery... Dr k and his office are 1 million times better... They actually listen to you speak and speak to you..

Took my 1 year old daughter to see Doctor Ostendorf because my Pediatric doctor referred me because she was having allergic skin rash allergies. He was very rude and wouldn't listen. He was rushing the visit and acting like it was a waste of his time. He had no bedside manner at all. He didn't nothing for my little girl. His attitude and tone while trying to talk to him was a hateful demeanor. He kept interrupting and would wouldn't let me explain her symptoms or what all was going on with her. I will not be back to see him. I will drive to Birmingham before I ever go back to him.

I had been seeing another Doctor in town for Ear infection 3 months & He could not get it cleared up ! I came to Dr. Ostendorf , His Staff treated me with great respect, his Nurse was Very Concerned about my Care, & Dr.Ostendorf looked at my Ears cleaned them out & told me I didn’t need Surgery & gave me a Prescription that cleared it up in Two Weeks! I highly recommend Dr.Ostendorf ,he is #1 in my Book!!!!’
