Disgusting human. I don't know why this man is a doctor. He has no interest in helping anyone. His favorite thing to do is to tell his story about the woman with a TSH of over 300 who feels fine, as an excuse to not treat hypothyroidism. He's very dismissive, he insults you for doing your own research, and insists that you 'just have to trust him.'
I can't speak for anything but Thyroid but, he has been a great Dr for me. The wait time is horrible at his office and he doesn't have much of a personality but, as far as care , he is very smart and I cannot say one bad word about him. Word about him
Dr.Ahmed really cares for his patients and their well being.
I am completely satisfied with the Doctor; he showed total care and concern. I definitely recommend him to any body.
The wait time is RIDICULOUS, I waited 4 hours and had been fasting for a day and a half. By the time he came in, I was about to faint. I have nothing good to say about him. His attitude stinks, his wait time stinks, his attention to patient care, beside manner NON existent. I cant recommend him to anyone.
FIRST OF ALL HE IS AN AROGENT JERK, ALL ABOUT SEEING AS MANY PATIENTS IN A DAY AS HE CAN, -10 IN REGARDS TO BEDSIDE MANOR. AT THE POINT I CHANGED DR.. HE HAD ME ON 2 INSULINS AND 4 PILLS, AND MY BLOOD SUGAR WAS STILL OUT OF CONTROL.DOES NOT CARE TO HEAR ABOUT PAITENT CONCERNS. ONE DAY I WAITED OVER 4 HOURS AND HE NEVER EVEN APOLIGIZED FOR IT. FROM WHAT I CAN FIND OUT EVEN FROM OTHER DR'S IS THAT HE IS THE ONLY ONE IN TOWN, SO !! I KNOW I DID WHAT DR'S DONT WANT U TO DO, BUT I STOPPED ALL BUT ONE PILL, CHANGED THE AMOUNT AND HOW OFTEN I TOOK MY INSULIN AND WITH IN 5 DAYS MY BLOOD SUGAR WAS IN THE LOW 100'S. IF HE WAS THE ONLY DIABETIC DR IN THE STATE I WOULD GO ELSE WHERE, IF U HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BLOOD SUGAR ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO HIM. AND THE ONLY REASON I GAVE HIM A 1 STAR OVERALL RATING WAS, YOU HAVE TO RATE HIM SUBMIT
After managing my Hoshimotos for 14 years, I began to experience difficulty swallowing, hoarseness, and a sudden weight gain. My GP ordered an ultrasound, and they found a nodule. My GP then referred me to Dr. Ahmed. After a two hour wait, he finally came in. He quickly examined my neck and said, " nothing to worry about. You're fine." As I tried to explain my new symptoms, he just brushed them off. When I asked about the weight gain, he said "maybe u just have a happy marriage". He was so insulting and flippant that I walked out.
He seems to know absolutely nothing about Thyroid problems.. I went to him one time complaining about night sweats, and he told me he thought it was menopause! A year later I had my 2nd child, so he obviously doesn't know anything..
This doctor done a real bang up job getting my diabetes under control.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
