Thomas Dowling's Online Review Report Card

I went to see Dr. Dowling due to I have severe allergies and I'm extremely allergic to basically everything that grows outside. I was having issues with my eye swelling and had been to my PCP and to an ophthalmologist several times and was told it was due to allergies. I paid to have allergy test redone just to be told I'm severely allergic to everything outdoors and that I needed to get started back on allergy shots. Then I waited for over 2 months for an appointment just to get seen by the nurse to do the skin test for the allergy shots. Thanks but no thanks. Why wasn't I told when I called and asked about allergy shots that there was a 2+ month delay in getting started on them when I made them aware of my situation and what all was going on with me. It showed me how concerned they were about me as a patient when I'm having issues with my eye swelling up to the point I can't see out of it and it causes me to not be able to work but yet I have to wait for months to get started on some type of relief? Allergy season is coming to an end. Cancel my appt. I'll keep on dealing with it now that you got my money for all those useless visits that did me no good. And the eye drops that were prescribed to me could have caused damage to my eye as well. I highly do not recommend! Waste of my money that I don't have to waste!

I have been a patient here since I was 3 weeks old. Dr.Suttle and Nurse Judy took so much good care of me. When there was a swap I was so nervous, but his staff fit right in. He listens to me very well. Id there is a area in question he shows me. Nicest doctor you will ever meet.

My 92 year old mother went to Dr. Dowling. She told him we are pretty sure she has BPPV and needed for him to perform the Epley maneuver. His solutions was to: 1. Give her a hearing test and tell that she was correct, she IS deaf in her left ear (We have known that for the last 10+ years!) 2. Give a woman with macular degeneration who is legally blind papers with exercises to do the Epley Maneuver on herself because he does not do it. This visit was a complete waste of time. He should be ashamed to call himself a doctor.

Dr. Dowling is excellent! Very knowledgeable! Very kind! I would recommend him to everyone that needs an ENT. Gail Anderson

I had a 2:40 pm appt and I am still waiting at 3:50 pm to see the doctor. Staff did not provide status - at 3:30 I finally asked when I would be seen. I was told 2 people were ahead of me. This is ridiculous for any office to be that far behind. Worse, the office staff is very unresponsive with no sense of urgency. Do not waste your time at this office - go somewhere else!

Dr.Dowling has been my ENT for many years, He is wonderful, I will and do often recommend him to friends and family. He is very caring and attentive. He has done surgery on me and has always been great. I tell everyone there are not many dr's in our area I trust but this man is the one I do trust and believe in. The staff is nothing but professional and very nice. Keep up the awesome work Dr. Dowling!

I just moved into the area and needed to find and ENT, and I'm so happy I found Dr. Dowling. He is so nice and knowledgeable and was very thorough and listened to me.
